KPN set out to mobilize its top 250 leaders around AI. They didn’t need another presentation — they needed a hands-on session that challenged their leadership to actually experiment with AI.
Together with Daymakers and Futures Facilitator Alexandre Janssen, we designed and facilitated an experiential workshop built around strategy & leadership — preparing participants to navigate the future together.
The AI Lab had two components: AI for Strategy and AI for Leadership, each with a bite-size inspiration keynote followed by hands-on challenges. To close the lab, leaders visited break-outs facilitated by KPN experts — from AI Adoption to AI Agents and Responsible AI.
