It was founded in 1996 in the Netherlands and has since grown to offer more than 28 million listings in over 228 countries and territories. The platform is available in more than 40 languages.
Booking.com's brand team recently held a strategy workshop to co-create their brand strategy for the upcoming year. The workshop brought together team members from different areas of the organization to generate ideas and recommendations for the brand's positioning, messaging, and visual identity. The team used a variety of ideation techniques, including brainstorming and design thinking, to collaboratively explore new ideas and solutions. The workshop resulted in a shared understanding of the brand's strengths and weaknesses, and a clear plan for how to evolve the brand to better meet the needs of customers. The co-creation process ensured that all team members felt ownership over the strategy and were committed to its success.
